Key Responsibilites:
- Support the legal team through strong research, organization, time management, and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of legal terminology, procedures, motions, discovery, litigation documentation, and court rules.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a law firm
- Associate/Bachelor's degree, and paralegal certificate is a plus
- California litigation and insurance defense experience is a plus.
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, professional, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Great organizational skills
