Messner Reeves LLP, a national law firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Legal Assistant Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate heavy scheduling and calendaring for attorney meetings, court deadlines, and depositions.
- Provide support by drafting correspondence, memoranda and other legal documents.
- Prepare files and/or binders for hearings, depositions, meetings and trial.
- Assist with client engagement and retention, including preparation of engagement letter, conflict checks, conflict waivers, and submitting information to open matters.
- Ability to think and act independently and with minimal supervision.
- Articulate, organized and a team player with excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Legal Assistant Requirements:
- Experience in medical malpractice, general litigation, product liability, and premises liability.
- Experience handling multiple attorneys with full caseloads.
- Well versed in both federal and state court procedure and filing requirements, including e-filing in federal court.
- Ability to work in the office.
