The Legal, Risk and Compliance team in TransUnion Hong Kong is seeking a legal assistant to support the team’s daily operation.
What You'll Bring:
- Degree in Law or related discipline
- Advanced computer skills especially in word processing and data-management tools, e.g. Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Teams, Sharepoint
- Detail oriented, well-organized, energetic and quick learner; able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility
- Dedicated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in contracts drafting and negotiation is a plus
- Fluency in written and spoken English, proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a plus
- Work at least 3 days a week
Impact You'll Make:
- Conduct legal research on data privacy, technology law and other areas relevant to the business
- Review existing contracts for special clauses
- Assist with reviewing non-disclosure agreements, quotations and contracts, service terms; provide support to the contract management system
- Support client/vendor due diligence processes
- Carry out ad hoc assignment
