 As a Regulatory Change Management Associate supporting EMEA Compliance, Conduct, and Operational Risk (CCOR), you will play a key role in operational delivery of the regulatory change management lifecycle—supporting event intake, assessment coordination, disposition documentation, implementation tracking, and management reporting. You will partner closely with compliance and operational risk stakeholders, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and help maintain a robust governance and audit trail across business-as-usual activity.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end processing of legal and regulatory change events impacting EMEA CCOR, including intake, initial triage, routing, and tracking to closure.
  • Coordinate regulatory change assessments by engaging relevant SMEs/stakeholders, 
  • Draft and maintain high-quality documentation supporting dispositions in line with firmwide requirements. 
  • Maintain regulatory change inventories, dashboards, and trackers; monitor key milestones, due dates, and overdue actions, escalating risks and blockers as appropriate. 
  • Support with stakeholder communications: preparing briefings, summarizing key issues, and ensuring timely follow-ups and closure of actions.
  • Assist with quality assurance activities (spot checks, completeness reviews, audit trail validation) to ensure outputs meet firmwide standards.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline BAU processes, improve templates, and enhance data quality; contribute to process design, playbooks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with technology/product teams (where applicable) to support tool enhancements, user testing, and operational readiness activities.
  • Contribute to team culture through knowledge sharing, proactive ownership of tasks, and support for training/onboarding materials.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline; ability to maintain a clear evidentiary record suitable for audit and oversight review.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities, track actions, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information into clear summaries for stakeholders.
  • Confident stakeholder management, comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and following through to closure.
  • Proficiency with workflow tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, trackers/workflow platforms).

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Understanding of the regulatory change management lifecycle (identification, assessment, disposition, implementation tracking, and governance reporting).
  • Some relevant experience in Compliance, Operational Risk, Legal, regulatory change, or a related control/oversight function within financial services.
  • Some familiarity with the EMEA regulatory environment and the types of rules/requirements that impact compliance and operational risk 
  • Exposure to Compliance and Operational Risk frameworks and common risk taxonomies.
  • Experience contributing to AI-enabled tool development / process automation
