We are seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to join our Legal Team. This role is integral to maintaining efficient governance and supporting the day-to-day operations of the Legal Department.  

The ideal candidate is highly detail oriented, possesses strong organizational skills, and has excellent written and oral communication abilities. They should also take initiative in managing various legal administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide administrative support to the Legal Department, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. 

  • Maintain and assist with document organization and filing systems, both electronic and physical. 

  • Identify areas for process improvement and support the implementation of new systems or procedures to enhance the department's efficiency. 

  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure sensitive legal information is properly handled. 

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned. 

Skills & Qualifications: 

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Business Administration, Legal Studies) or at least 1 year of experience or administrative role. 

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage tasks with minimal supervision. 

  • Familiarity with legal documents, contracts, and litigation processes. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel). 

Additional Details: 

  • Willing to work onsite at Gamma Ortigas, Pasig and One Ayala, Makati (as needed) 

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or at least 1 year of experience in administrative role
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with legal documents and processes
