Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Human Resources department.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist the department with general clerical duties and special projects
- Answer phones promptly and answer employee questions or assist the employee with getting to the best person to answer their question
- Make photocopies and scan paperwork
- Organize and assemble paperwork to mail or distribute to employees and managers
- Review invoices from vendors to ensure accuracy
- Process workflows in SAP
- Respond to emails and send responses in a timely and professional manner
- Handle sensitive or confidential employee information in accordance with policies and regulations
- Assist the manager with Human Resources projects
- Provide Service 2.OD to internal and external customers
Job Qualifications
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent
Experience:
- 1 year of administrative experience in human resources
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
