The UI/UX Designer designs and optimizes engaging, user-centered digital learning experiences. This role partners with learning, technology, and business teams to improve the usability, accessibility, and adoption of learning platforms while ensuring a seamless learner experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual interfaces for learning platforms.
Conduct user research and usability testing to identify improvement opportunities.
Create and maintain design standards, style guides, and design systems.
Collaborate with instructional designers, developers, LMS administrators, and stakeholders.
Optimize platform navigation, accessibility, and overall user experience.
Analyze learner feedback and engagement metrics to inform design decisions.
Support platform enhancements, testing, and release activities.
Ensure designs align with branding, accessibility, and governance standards.
