This position is responsible for managing the essential tasks for the Learning & Performance department of MidFirst Bank. The ideal candidate should excel in multi-tasking, possess strong communication skills, prioritize customer service, and demonstrate a commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities, for this position, include but are not limited to:
- Facilitate the enrollment process for new hires, professional development, annual training, and any other required training
- Oversee the team mailbox to ensure adherence to SLAs and timely filing of emails
- Update shared calendars and learning management system with classroom schedule changes to reflect the new schedule
- Arrange hotel accommodations for employees who are travelling to the training center
- Communicate reminders for classroom training attendance
- Process professional development certification completions for bonus payouts
- Curate course content and learning assets
