Responsabilités

  • Analyser et cartographier les opérations d'apprentissage, les flux de travail et les processus techniques actuels au sein de l'équipe d'apprentissage client et des groupes partenaires

  • Identifier les opportunités d'automatisation des processus, d'intégration des systèmes et d'optimisation des flux de travail afin d'améliorer l'efficacité, de réduire les efforts manuels et d'accélérer la diffusion du contenu

  • Collaborer avec les développeurs de contenu, les concepteurs d'expériences d'apprentissage, les rédacteurs et les producteurs vidéo afin de garantir des transferts fluides et l'intégrité des données tout au long du cycle de vie du contenu

  • Collecter, interpréter et rendre compte des données opérationnelles et des indicateurs clés de performance afin d'éclairer la prise de décision et l'amélioration continue

  • Soutenir la mise en œuvre et la maintenance des technologies d'apprentissage, des systèmes de gestion de contenu et des outils d'analyse

  • Dépanner et résoudre les problèmes techniques liés aux plateformes d'apprentissage, aux intégrations et aux flux de données

  • Documenter les processus, créer des guides d'utilisation et dispenser des formations aux membres de l'équipe sur les nouveaux outils ou flux de travail

  • Se tenir au courant des meilleures pratiques du secteur en matière d'opérations d'apprentissage, de technologie et d'analyse, et recommander des solutions innovantes

  • Favoriser une culture de collaboration, de transparence et d'amélioration continue au sein de l'équipe d'apprentissage client

Qualifications minimales

  • Licence en commerce, systèmes d'information, technologies d'apprentissage ou dans un domaine connexe (ou expérience équivalente)

  • Au moins deux ans d'expérience dans l'analyse des opérations, les opérations d'apprentissage ou un poste similaire, de préférence dans un environnement axé sur l'apprentissage, le contenu ou la technologie

  • Solides compétences en analyse et en résolution de problèmes ; expérience dans la cartographie des processus, l'analyse des flux de travail et le reporting de données

  • Connaissance des systèmes de gestion de l'apprentissage (LMS), des systèmes de gestion de contenu (CMS) et des outils d'apprentissage numériques

Position Overview

The Learning Operations Analyst is responsible for driving operational excellence and technical efficiency across learning content production, and delivery workflows. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams—including content development, learning experience design, video production, SMEs, and technical writing—to analyze, optimize, and streamline processes, tools, and data flows. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about enabling teams to deliver high-quality learning experiences at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and map current learning operations, workflows, and technical processes across the Customer Learning team and partner groups

  • Identify opportunities for process automation, system integration, and workflow optimization to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and accelerate content delivery

  • Collaborate with content developers, learning experience designers, copyeditors, and video producers to ensure seamless handoffs and data integrity throughout the content lifecycle

  • Gather, interpret, and report on operational data and KPIs to inform decision-making and continuous improvement

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of learning technologies, content management systems, and analytics tools

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to learning platforms, integrations, and data flows

  • Document processes, create user guides, and deliver training to team members on new tools or workflows

  • Stay current with industry best practices in learning operations, technology, and analytics, and recommend innovative solutions

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across the Customer Learning team

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Learning Technologies, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 2+ years of experience in operations analysis, learning operations, or a similar role—preferably in a learning, content, or technology-driven environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and data reporting

  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), content management systems (CMS), and digital learning tools

  • Experience with automation tools, integrations (APIs, Zapier, Make), and data visualization platforms is a plus

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to drive positive change

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $80,300 and $117,810. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
