Who We Are
At Intellistack, we don’t do status quo. We move fast, think deep, and build what’s next—powered by people, supercharged by AI.

We’re a team of builders: curious, driven, and relentless about solving the real problem. Around here, feedback is fuel, clarity wins, and change is the default setting. If you’re hungry to grow and ready to leave a dent, you’ll fit right in.

Who You Are

You move with urgency, driven by outcomes over activity, and never settle for “good enough.” You ask sharp questions, challenge the status-quo when needed, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You grow through collaboration and are motivated by continuous improvement. You believe in the power of pairing the right tools, like AI and automation, with the right mindset. Above all, you're here to build something that matters.

You’re an outcome-driven leader who thrives on building clarity out of complexity. You excel at orchestrating cross-functional collaboration, keeping programs on track, and ensuring stakeholders stay aligned. You ask sharp questions, anticipate risks, and bring a balance of strategic thinking and execution discipline. You know how to motivate teams, drive accountability, and deliver measurable results.

You’re also deeply passionate about how teams work and how products are built, bringing a systems-level perspective to improving execution, collaboration, and impact.

What You’ll Do
As a Program Manager, you’ll lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact initiatives across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams. You’ll build the structures and processes that keep programs moving forward and ensure strategic goals translate into tangible outcomes.

  • Drive end-to-end program management for multi-team initiatives, from scoping through stated outcome

  • Build and maintain clear program roadmaps, communication plans, and progress reporting for executive stakeholders

  • Identify and mitigate risks across initiatives, removing blockers and ensuring accountability

  • Drive continuous improvement by standardizing program management practices, tools, and workflows

  • Build repeatable frameworks and best practices to improve program execution at scale

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of program management, product operations, or product management experience in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment

  • Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs on time and within scope

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level reporting

  • Proficiency with program management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar)

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Bonus Points

  • Experience in SaaS, AI-driven products, or workflow automation

  • Proficiency with data analysis

  • Background in scaling operations across global teams
