Job Description - Learning Analyst
Position
The job profile for this position is Learning Analyst which is a Band 3 Senior Analyst or Lead Analyst Career Track Role
The Learning Analyst (LA) will serve as a tactical partner helping Head of Learning, employees, and stakeholders across the APAC and MEA region by consulting on identifying learning requirements, learning program delivery, and other interventions related to learning. The LA will work with other teams within International Health Learning and elsewhere to bring new programs to life. The LA must be able to manage multiple programs throughout the full lifecycle and on an ongoing basis. The LA will utilize metrics to evaluate program effectiveness, identify gaps and enhance programs to improve the learning experience and outcomes for learners and stakeholders.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Facilitate classroom and virtual training for multiple levels of employees and managers in multiple subject areas.
- Supports execution of training plans, strategies, and tactics.
- Work closely with multiple stake holders and Learning Leads to conduct regional TNI and design an annual learning plan.
- Creates training content and other materials for classroom, virtual and e-learning courses.
- Design and deliver learning courses, employee onboarding programs, workshops, and other trainings.
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
- Assists to develop surveys for training satisfaction and reports for leadership.
- Work with the larger Enterprise learning team to create, maintain, and execute programs.
- Continuously explores process improvement and automation opportunities while ensuring quality of the programs, resulting in a positive experience for employees.
- Support employees in the region on exploring Employee Development Program and adhere to the process as per the timeline, in coordination with the Enterprise team.
- Timely maintenance of training data and information
- Continuously improves own capabilities and areas of expertise.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years classroom and virtual facilitation experience
- Experience facilitating learning and coaching on a variety of business, interpersonal, and leadership development topics.
- Accreditation in Psychometric tools like Insights Discovery, Certified Instructional Designer, Certified in Presentation Skills through a reputed brand in the market and a Train The trainer certification through CIPD or ATD or any other reputed institute.
- Hands on Experience with Learning Management Systems
- Proficient measuring learning program effectiveness at all levels of Kirck Patrick Model
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and keen eye for reviewing documents.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation skills, and comfortable with communicating concepts to a wide array of audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate difficult situations in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally across the organization
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with and influence senior executives
- Demonstrated passion for driving quality outcomes and an agility to learn
- Demonstrate impeccable time management and ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
- Able to travel 10% of the time (if required)
Educational Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree a must
- Facilitation certification a must
- Certification on assessment tools like Insights Discovery and Clifton Strengths.
