Position Summary:

In the Learning Experience Design Coordinator - TELS position, you'll deliver engaging product training and enablement experiences that help customers successfully adopt TELS solutions. You'll partner with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to provide product demonstrations, customer training, and self-service learning resources that drive adoption, customer confidence, and long-term success.
Skills Needed:

Experience facilitating engaging virtual product training for diverse audiences.
Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS), virtual training platforms, Zendesk, and CRM tools.
Ability to simplify technical concepts into customer-focused learning experiences.
What You’ll Do and Impact:
Deliver engaging virtual product demonstrations and customer training that support onboarding, feature adoption, and customer success.
Partner with Sales and Implementation teams to provide training for premium customer implementations and major product rollouts.
Design, maintain, and continuously improve customer training materials, facilitator guides, job aids, and digital learning resources.
Own the TELS Help Center, ensuring self-service content remains accurate, current, and aligned with new product functionality.
Develop and deliver customized customer training programs tailored to unique workflows and business needs.
Coordinate customer training logistics, scheduling, and intake while ensuring a seamless learner experience.
Monitor customer feedback, product adoption, and training effectiveness to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, Support, and Learning Experience Design teams to prioritize enablement needs and maintain consistent customer education.
Track and report training participation, adoption metrics, and learning outcomes to demonstrate business impact.
Apply emerging learning technologies and AI-enabled tools to improve content development, delivery, and customer engagement.
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience delivering virtual training, customer enablement, learning experience design, or a related field.
Experience creating engaging customer learning experiences using instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to deliver product demonstrations and translate technical concepts into customer value.
Experience with LMS platforms, virtual training technologies, and digital knowledge management tools.
CPTD certification or similar credential preferred.
