This role does not operate at the platform level alone. It ensures that LXP governance and decisions are aligned to the broader ecosystem.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Enterprise LXP Governance and Demand Management
- Define and operate the enterprise LXP intake model as a single, centralized front door for all platform and ecosystem demand
- Establish and enforce standards for what constitutes a high-quality request
- Lead intake triage and qualification to ensure requests align to enterprise ecosystem priorities
- Maintain visibility into all incoming demand and ensure consistent evaluation across stakeholders
Backlog, Prioritization, and Release Management
- Own the enterprise LXP backlog and prioritization process as the control mechanism for ecosystem evolution
- Translate demand into a structured, sequenced roadmap and release plan aligned to enterprise learning, skills, and career priorities
- Drive a predictable release cadence with clear communication to stakeholders
- Balance competing priorities across platform enhancements, integrations, and ecosystem experience improvements
Integration Governance and System Protection
- Define and enforce integration eligibility criteria, ensuring alignment with enterprise learning, skills, and career architecture
- Evaluate and approve or reject requests based on enterprise value, ecosystem coherence, and long-term sustainability
- Act as the control point to prevent duplication, fragmentation, and misalignment across the ecosystem
- Ensure all changes maintain system integrity and align with enterprise standards
Governance Model and Operating Rhythm
- Design and run governance forums, including intake reviews and prioritization boards
- Establish governance artifacts such as intake templates, backlog tracking, decision logs, and status reporting
- Drive clarity in decision-making, including ownership, rationale, and communication
- Ensure transparency of priorities, trade-offs, and delivery timelines across stakeholders
- Ensure that all platform and intake decisions reinforce and align with the broader learning ecosystem
- Translate ecosystem needs into system-ready decisions
- Act as a key orchestration point across stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategy, execution, and system enablement
Minimum Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience managing products, platforms, or enterprise systems using a structured, product-oriented approach
- Strong capability in governance design, prioritization frameworks, and backlog management
- Experience managing competing stakeholder demands and making trade-off decisions in complex environments
- Proven ability to operate across multiple stakeholders (business, IT, and functional teams) and drive alignment without direct authority
- Strong systems thinking, with the ability to connect platform decisions to broader business and talent outcomes
- Operate with high autonomy and ownership in a global environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in product management, program management, enterprise platforms, or governance roles
- Experience in a global enterprise environment preferred
- Experience with LXP ecosystems, digital platforms, or enterprise system implementations strongly preferred
- Familiarity with portfolio management, intake models, and release governance practices
- Experience working across HR, workforce development, or talent systems is a plus (but not required)
