Manage a variety of administrative tasks related to Training
Actively participate in planning the weekly and monthly training schedules.
Enter and maintain information in the Learning Management System (Cornerstone).
Serve as a contact person for training-related questions and communication with our training partners.
Take ownership of a long-term project extending over several years.
Arrange logistics for training participants, including hotel bookings and travel plans.
Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
A flexible attitude and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
Proactive, responsible, and a true team player.
Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
Previous experience in a similar role.
Experience with STCW certification is an advantage.
