Let’s start with the role:
Our global Learning & Development team is responsible for onboarding, upskilling and reskilling of our 2600+ employees across all our global locations. In this role, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of the annual learning plan globally.
- Assess learning and development needs across functions and geographies, designing tailored development paths for each role;
- Identify opportunities for internal training initiatives and drive the design and implementation of programs to address organizational needs;
- Manage the full cycle of training programs, including vendor and contract management, planning, delivery, evaluation, reporting, and budget monitoring;
- Monitor learning metrics, satisfaction progress, attendance rate, using data-driven insights to continuously improve program effectiveness and demonstrate impact to stakeholders;
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure programs are relevant, aligned to business outcomes, and promote employee growth;
- Bring fresh, innovative practices into the organization by staying current on industry trends;
- Prepare and maintain regular L&D reports to track progress, measure impact, and inform decision-making.
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, with proven expertise in designing and delivering impactful learning initiatives;
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse global audiences;
- A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze learning data and translate insights into action;
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach with a “can-do” attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment;
- High empathy and interpersonal awareness — understanding that people are at the heart of every decision;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
