We are seeking a talented individual to join our Global Services Delivery team at Mercer. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

• Develop and manage all aspects of L&D projects, including needs analysis, strategic planning, implementation and evaluation of effectiveness;
• Deliver behavioral training and facilitation of workshops;
• Develop strong stakeholder relations, identifying and acting on business leads;
• Be responsible for the reporting on local initiatives;
• Collaborate with local and global colleagues in order to drive best practices and engagement;
• Management of the internal LMS (Workday Learning and Degreed);
• Drive the digital transformation of learning;
• Be an agent of change constantly contributing to improve processes.

What you need to have: 

• Degree in HR, Psychology, Management or similar;
• Experience designing and executing in L&D as a facilitator and project manager;
• 7 to 10 years of professional experience;
• English language work proficiency;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, mainly PowerPoint;
• Strong communication skills and ability;
• Strong sense of proactivity, accountability and ability to manage priorities.
