·    Troubleshoot routine learning technology and delivery issues, escalating complex matters to the appropriate partner.

·    Identify opportunities to streamline learning processes, improve self-service, and increase the reach and efficiency of development offerings.

Continuous Improvement:

·       Evaluate program effectiveness using participant feedback, assessment results, completion data, stakeholder input, and evidence of behavior change or business impact.

·    Analyze learning data and program feedback to identify trends, recommend improvements, and strengthen learner comprehension, application, reinforcement, and capability attainment.

·    Stay current with adult learning practices, instructional design approaches, and emerging learning technologies, recommending practical innovations that fit Ingevity’s needs.

Vendor Management:

·    Identify and evaluate external vendors, facilitators, and learning resources that support program needs.

·    Manage vendor relationships and coordinate scheduling, content alignment, delivery quality, contracting inputs, and cost tracking.

·    Monitor vendor performance and recommend adjustments to improve quality, relevance, and cost-effectiveness.
