As a Talent Management Specialist II at Sabre, you’ll help bring learning programs to life by keeping our systems, reporting, content platforms and learner experience running smoothly. This role supports the Manager of Learning & Development and the broader Talent Management team through hands-on administration of Workday LMS and LinkedIn Learning, coordination of learning programs and production of practical resources that help team members and leaders grow.
You’ll be a key operational partner who connects the dots between learning strategy and execution, making sure programs are easy to access, enrollments are managed, reporting is accurate and workshops are supported from setup through delivery. If you’re organized, tech-savvy and energized by building learning experiences that help people develop, this is a great opportunity to make an enterprise-wide impact.
What you will do:
Keep our learning systems moving: Serve as a system administrator for Workday Learning and LinkedIn Learning, managing course setup, learning campaigns, enrollments, attendance tracking, completions, learner records and general system maintenance.
Manage digital learning hubs: Maintain SabreSync pages on our intranet to house key content and manage SharePoint site to ensure all learning resources and links are logically organized, current, and easily accessible for all team members.
Support learning operations: Coordinate logistics for live, virtual and on-demand learning programs and workshops, including scheduling, enrollment management, calendar holds, participant communications, materials, rosters, reminders and post-session follow-up.
Own learning and talent reporting: Pull, organize and maintain reporting for Learning & Development and Talent Management programs, including completion tracking, participation metrics, adoption trends, learner feedback, talent process data and other ad hoc reporting needs.
Produce polished learning experiences: Support the production, recording and editing of workshops, webinars, Train the Trainers and other learning sessions. Partner with facilitators and subject matter experts to ensure sessions are well-organized, accessible and ready for learners.
Create practical content: Build and maintain learning materials such as slide decks, facilitator guides, learner resources, job aids, FAQs, short videos, knowledge articles and other tools that help team members and leaders apply learning on the job.
Partner across Talent Management: Support initiatives connected to learning, performance, talent review, succession planning, leadership development and other Talent Management priorities by helping with data, materials, system updates and program coordination.
Improve the learner experience: Monitor learner questions, system issues and feedback to identify opportunities to make learning easier to find, access and complete. Recommend process improvements that create a smoother experience for learners, leaders and stakeholders.
Stay organized and adaptable: Manage multiple priorities, requests and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail. Support additional Learning & Development and Talent Management projects as business needs evolve.
What you bring to the table:
- 3+ years of experience in learning and development, HR operations, talent management, LMS administration, instructional design or a related field.
- Hands-on experience administering an LMS, with Workday specific experience strongly preferred.
- Content management experience, including familiarity with maintaining SharePoint sites, intranet pages (e.g. Unily), or similar platforms to organize and share resources.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage enrollments, rosters, completion tracking and learner records accurately.
- Experience supporting virtual workshops, including session setup, recording, production support and post-session follow-up.
- Ability to create clear, polished learning materials such as decks, guides, job aids, videos and learner communications.
- A collaborative working style and ability to partner with Talent Management, People Business Partners, facilitators, subject matter experts and functional teams.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to make information simple, clear and easy to use.
