The Opportunity 

We are looking for an agile, self-driven individual who is passionate about innovation in curriculum design, facilitation, and learning operations. 

 

Reporting to the Global Talent & Learning Lead in Singapore, this role serves as the single point of contact for all leadership, professional skills, and development initiatives across MENA. It plays a key role in designing and delivering impactful learning programmes, managing digital learning platforms, and driving strategic upskilling efforts in the region, while also providing partial support to selected global programmes. 

 

Working closely with stakeholders, the role supports and co-designs global learning initiatives and leads their regional implementation, leveraging AI and technology to elevate workforce capabilities. 

 

Key accountabilities and performance indicators include: 

  • Partner with regional leaders and key business stakeholders to design learning programs that address relevant L&D needs. 
  • Lead learning needs analysis, program design, and facilitation, ensuring alignment with global strategy. 
  • Support and implement global L&D priorities, contributing to programs, projects, and initiatives. 
  • Oversee administration and optimization of iNova’s Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver a seamless learner experience. 
  • Maintain accurate learning records, manage user access, and resolve technical issues in collaboration with IT and global learning teams. 
  • Generate and analyze learning data reports to track participation, completion rates, and impact metrics. 
  • Translate LMS analytics into actionable recommendations for program improvement and stakeholder reporting. 
  • Support creation, localization, and deployment of e-learning modules tailored to regional and global needs. 
  • Monitor learning effectiveness and recommend enhancements based on data insights, feedback, and evolving business needs. 

 

About You 

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field. 
  • 3–4 years of corporate L&D experience in global organizations, with a proven track record in digital learning content development. 
  • Experience in the consumer healthcare industry is an advantage. 
  • Strong familiarity with learning technologies to engage, empower, and upskill target audiences. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and facilitation. 
  • Ability to build rapport across all levels and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Skilled at multitasking, adapting to change, innovating, and motivating employees. 
  • Understanding of MENA region cultural nuances and their impact on L&D strategies. 
  • Experience leading change initiatives in L&D practices, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in. 
  • Ability to leverage analytics to assess the impact of learning initiatives on business performance, with a focus on ROI. 
  • Capability to develop L&D frameworks and guidelines from the ground up. 
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing high-impact L&D programs for talent and people development. 
  • Strong project management skills to lead global and regional initiatives in dynamic, lean environments. 
  • Ability to develop, manage, and sustain collaborative and constructive relationships. 
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and the ability to apply them innovatively in curriculum and program design.  
  • Strong coaching skills to support leadership development and employee growth.  
  • Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (desirable)  
  • Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) to manage, track, and optimize learning delivery.
