Learning & Development Project Manager (m/f/d)

As a Learning & Development Project Manager (m/f/d), you'll actively shape L&D initiatives across Flix. We go beyond training sessions to build the frameworks, tools and experiences that enable Flix people to grow, lead, and perform at their best.

You'll drive key projects, learning programmes and talent initiatives, steering cross-functional teams and driving delivery from concept to impact. From embedding AI into learning practices to driving programme delivery and continuous improvement, your work will help thousands of Flix employees develop and succeed worldwide.

This role can be based in Sofia (hybrid model)

About the Role

• Drive and deliver new and improve existing learning programmes and talent development initiatives across multiple employee target groups – ensuring efficient design, consistent quality, measurable outcomes, and alignment with business priorities and organizational needs
• Take end-to-end ownership of global L&D projects – from the first scoping conversation through planning, execution, and strategic rollout to final evaluation and impact measurement
• Design blended learning solutions, including digital courses, leadership programmes and department accelerators, leveraging AI-powered tools where relevant to support content quality
• Collaborate across teams working closely with L&D colleagues, HR Business Partners, and Stakeholders globally across departments, domains and regions
• Actively embed AI into L&D practice by identifying and implementing opportunities to use AI tools across programme design, delivery, and operational workflows as well as sharing best practices with the team.
• Support with L&D operations and systems, including our Learning Management System (FlixUni), ensuring processes are efficient, scalable, and continuously improved

About You

• 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development, HR project management, or a related field, ideally in a tech corporation or other fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated experience in project management and/or practical L&D concept development, with a track record of delivering complex, multi-workstream programmes on time and within scope, ideally in a global or multicultural setting
• Driven by people impact – you're motivated by seeing employees grow and succeed and bring that energy to everything you design and deliver.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills – you bring the ability to engage and present recommendations confidently with cross-functional leads and international teams
• Structured, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously as well as working with data and dashboards to evaluate impact and identify opportunities for improvement
• AI-curious and digitally confident – you bring an interest and first experience in applying AI tools to enhance learning experiences and drive continuous improvement within an L&D context
