As the first Org Development champion, this role involves building conditions for consistent, meaningful growth for freshers, first-time managers, and teams. The individual will work directly with leadership across the organization to understand people's needs and build effective systems. The core focus is on intentionally scaling a 300-person organization.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities
- Conduct ongoing skill gap assessments at individual, team, and org level and make the insights actionable
- Work with team leads to build individual development plans rooted in the KRA/KPI framework
- Create a framework to identify and flag people inconsistencies (performance, behaviour, culture) before they escalate
- Design cross-team learning mechanisms to reduce skill inequality driven by client/team exposure
- Partner with Org leadership proactively on org design questions as we scale
- Design and run development programmes for first-time managers, covering feedback, coaching, and people leadership basics
- Work with the Process Excellence team to bring in AI-led dashboarding, automation and issue-flagging into HR
Qualifications
- 5 years of overall HR experience with at least 3 years in core OD/L&D/Exec Dev roles, ideally in a fast-growing services, analytics firm, or consulting environment
- Must have led OD/L&D efforts through a significant organisational scaling journey - taking a company from roughly 50–100 people to 500–1,000+ people
- Demonstrated ability to build frameworks that are simple enough to be used and robust enough to be useful (no over-engineering or oversimplification)
- Strong instincts with people, ability to read a room, earn trust quickly, and have difficult conversations without losing the relationship

Skills Required
