We are seeking a Junior L&D Specialist to support the implementation of learning programs within the APAC region. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving the successful delivery of engaging learning experiences that align regional needs. You will work within the regional L&D team which is distributed across APAC countries, taking full ownership of key tasks and collaborating on program implementation.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in implementing training across multiple countries and work within a diverse regional team, broadening your exposure to different functions, cultures, and approaches. Additionally you will be able to develop your skills in learning and development, coordination, and program management. You will also be part of a dynamic team focused on continuous improvement and learning. As you grow in the role, the opportunity to participate in learning design activities.
Job responsibilities
- Collaborate with Regional L&D Specialists to support scheduling, coordination & execution of a variety of learning programs.
- Provide support for our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Review & approve personal learning budget requests.
- Help gather and analyze program data to produce reports.
- Manage certification requests.
- Provide support for other L&D team activities as requested.
Job qualifications
- Relevant experience in learning and development related roles or adjacent functions e.g. People Ops, Talent, HRM .
- Experience working in technology or professional services environments (ideal).
Professional Skills
- Proficient in English - excellent written & verbal skills (Mandarin as an additional language is a strong advantage).
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Would suit someone early in their L&D or Talent career (1-2 years experience preferred).
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues across various levels and teams.
- High level of personal effectiveness, with the maturity to work independently and collaboratively.
- A passion for learning and development.
