About the Role
Ogilvy Vietnam is looking for a Senior C&B Executive to join our team. You will report directly to the HR Director, providing service for 4 entities in Ogilvy Group Vietnam.
What You’ll Do
- In charge and ensure accuracy of monthly payroll process, including salaries, bonuses, deductions, and taxes.
- Reconcile payroll data and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee salaries, promotions, salary increases, and other compensation-related information.
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of offer letters/labor contracts/annexes/agreement, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Oversee and monitor Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance procedure
- Manage the HR system, including creating and terminating employee accounts in accordance with company regulations
- Generate reports and analyze HR data as needed
- Provide support and guidance to employees on compensation and benefits-related matters.
- Stay up to date on changes in Labor Law and Social Insurance Law, PIT and other related regulations.
- In charge of C&B ad-hoc tasks assigned by HR Director
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources or related majors
- At least 05 years of experience in similar position at companies with scale of 50 – 100 employees or more, preferably service industry
- Solid knowledge of Labor Law, payroll, PIT and state insurances are required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word)
- High confidentiality commitment, sense of responsibility, honesty and integrity
- Detail-oriented. Good numerical skills and ability to handle a huge amount of data with accuracy and deadline commitment.
- Able to communicate in English and familiar with processing documents in English.
