Job Description
We are looking for a Learning & Development Intern to support the planning, execution, and evaluation of training and development initiatives. You will assist with content creation, training coordination, data management, and help ensure a smooth and engaging learning experience for employees.
- Assist in planning and coordinating training programs, workshops, and learning activities.
- Support content creation (presentations, guides, videos, e-modules).
- Manage training schedules, attendance, and participant communication.
- Collect and organize learner feedback and assessment results.
- Maintain and update learning databases and documents.
- Support onboarding learning activities for new employees.
- Conduct basic research on learning tools and best practices.
- Provide administrative support during training sessions (setup, logistics, follow-ups).
- Contribute ideas to improve learner engagement and training experience.
- Support continuous improvement of L&D processes.
- Bachelor’s degree student in Psychology, HR, Education, Business, or related fields (fresh graduates welcome).
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable with administrative work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Basic content creation or presentation skills.
- Able to conduct simple research and summarize findings.
- Interest in learning, training, and employee development.
- Preferred: familiarity with Canva, LMS, or PowerPoint.
