Job Description

At Radisson Hotel Brunei, we are in search of individuals who go beyond the resume - those with character, skills, talents, and a passion for creating memorable experiences. Apply now for:

Learning & Development

  • Coordinate and administer all learning and development activities across the hotel.
  • Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with Department Heads.
  • Prepare and maintain the annual training calendar.
  • Facilitate orientation and onboarding programs for new employees.
  • Deliver in-house training sessions on service culture, company standards, and operational excellence.
  • Coordinate external training programs, workshops, certifications, and seminars.
  • Support departmental trainers and monitor the effectiveness of departmental training.
  • Maintain training records, attendance, evaluations, and training reports.
  • Monitor completion of mandatory training and compliance requirements.
  • Support the implementation of learning platforms and online training modules.
  • Assist in developing training materials, presentations, SOPs, and learning guides.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and workplace observations.

Talent Development

  • Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.
  • Assist in the administration of probation reviews and development plans.
  • Monitor employee development progress and training completion.
  • Coordinate mentorship, coaching, and career development programs.

Employee Engagement

  • Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
  • Support internal communication related to training and employee development.
  • Assist in organizing employee events, celebrations, and awareness programs.

People & Culture Support

  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
  • Assist with recruitment activities when required, including interview coordination.
  • Maintain employee training and development records.
  • Prepare monthly training reports and metrics.
  • Support compliance with company policies, hotel standards, and legal requirements.

Administration

  • Manage training schedules, venues, attendance, and logistics.
  • Coordinate training budgets and vendor communications.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management review.

Qualifications

Your Profile & Skills: 

  • Proficiency in Workday or similar tools and Microsoft Office applications
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Training, or Hospitality Operations.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and administrative abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to coordinate training programs, employee engagement activities, and HR-related initiatives.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with employees at all levels.
