Primary Areas of Placement:
Sustainability & Tech (Astari): IoT, AI, Green Energy, and ESG/Carbon Reporting.
Media & Marketing: Social media concepts, content creation, and digital design.
Business & Corporate Support: HR, Admin, Finance, and Systems Integration.
Marine & Technical (Poni Marine): HSSE, Marine Engineering, and Logistics.
Tourism & Hospitality (Poni Adventures / Poni Divers): Client experience and event logistics.
Requirements
1. Mission & Passion
A strong, demonstrable passion for biodiversity, climate resilience, and conservation.
A "team-first" attitude with the flexibility to jump into different projects or event support outside of your primary scope when required.
2. Academic & Independent Backgrounds
Currently enrolled in (or a recent graduate of) a relevant program (UBD, UTB, PB, IBTE, LCB, etc.).
Independent applicants with a background in volunteerism or specialized technical skills are also encouraged to apply.
3. Core Competencies
Adaptability: The ability to pivot quickly between office tasks and active event/field support.
Communication: Proficiency in English (written and spoken) to coordinate with our international and local teams.
Problem Solving: A self-motivated approach to "on-the-job" learning and operational challenges.
4. Location & Logistics
Primary Station: Based at our headquarters in Muara Town.
Flexibility: Ability to commute to various project sites or event locations as needed.
Note on Remote Work: While minimal remote arrangements may be considered at management discretion, the nature of our work generally requires on-site presence and active coordination with your supervisor.
