LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

About the role:  

Europcar has an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our VIC and TAS team on a full time basis. This position will be based in Melbourne with regular site visits within the VIC and TAS network and interstate. 

As a Learning & Development Coordinator you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our VIC and TAS team and enhancing a culture of excellence in ancillary sales and customer service.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Onboarding new employees, training in systems, rental operations and any other changes in operations procedures.

• Deliver high-quality, targeted training that enhances the customer experience and supports business growth targets

• Partner with L&D and HR teams to ensure training needs and learning outcomes are reflected in the design and development of learning programs

• Use Workday Learning to assign, track, and report on training completion, ensuring compliance and accurate learning records

• Support employees and leaders in using Workday Learning, including troubleshooting access issues and guiding them through learning pathways

• Assist with the updating of policies and procedures and tracking and readership of policies and procedures as required.

• Work with the L&D team to support ongoing development, including reviewing and creating content and driving eLearning completion across VIC and TAS

• Generate and analyse Workday learning reports to provide insights on training uptake, compliance, and capability gaps

To be considered for this position you should possess: 

• Minimum two (2) years' sales and coaching experience 

• A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or related qualification

• Experience with Workday Learning is highly desirable

• Previous experience managing staff is an advantage

• Passion to work with people and develop their capabilities

• Excellent writing skills and communication skills

• Ability to develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders and to build strong partnerships 

• Ability to work autonomously (with minimal supervision) and use initiative

• A current and valid Driver's Licence (full licence) is essential

• Flexibility to travel intrastate and interstate regularly
