We’re seeking a consultant to join Development, Learning and Skills within the People Function on a 12-month secondment.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the build, deployment, and maintenance of the Nationwide AI Academy – our organisation-wide approach to developing AI capability for leaders, specialists and all colleagues.

You’ll support the end-to-end coordination, planning, reporting and continuous improvement of AI and broader learning programmes such as the AI Specialist, helping to embed capability at scale and drive measurable impact.

About the role

  • Build and operationalise learning pathways (e.g. AI for Everybody, AI Leaders, AI Specialists)
  • Deploy learning through Grow and other channels
  • Track, measure and improve adoption, engagement and outcomes

Alongside this, you’ll support wider organisation-wide learning delivery roll out and coordination of the AI Specialist programme ensuring it is well governed, insight-led and continuously improving.

This role combines learning operations, data & insight, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong focus on translating learning into real business capability.

We are happy to consider flexible working approaches to help you perform at your best.
