The role also responds to L&D queries and partners with the Head of Learning and Development to improve processes and learner experiences. It is a fast-paced, hybrid opportunity based in Stoke or Bexley.

Key Responsibilities
As a Learning & Development Co-ordinator you’ll be fully immersed with our experienced Learning & Development team and play a crucial role in enhancing our learner’s experience. Life will be fast paced, engaging, creative and rewarding.
Based out of our Stoke or Bexley office (we're open!), it’s a great opportunity for an ambitious person to develop and progress within a forward-thinking and fast-paced firm. You’ll:
- Serve as the go-to person for any Learning and Development queries providing prompt and insightful responses to ensure a supportive learning environment.
- Take the lead on confidently coordinating the academic and training calendars across the group
- Manage the exam schedule for learners, actively monitoring their progress and planning for upcoming exams to foster a proactive learning culture.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of learners, engaging in regular meetings with their tutors and managers every six weeks.
- Report on feedback received to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to support the Early Careers function.
- Partner with the Head of Learning and Development to refine and update processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience that benefits both managers and learners alike.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

- Be an organised individual who will help take learning and development to the next level
- Be familiar with accountancy apprenticeship framework or similar, previous experience as an Assessor/Talent or Skills Coach would be desirable

Skills Required
- Organized and proactive approach to coordinating learning and development activities
- Familiarity with an accountancy apprenticeship framework or similar
- Previous experience as an assessor, talent coach, or skills coach
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
