THE ROLE

The Learning and Development Analyst will assist in the development and delivery of learning programs to support a multi-year investment in our digital transformation journey as we modernize both front office and back-office business applications. The new enterprise systems will drive improved business processes for clients, candidates, and our internal workforce.

This role is central to creating impactful learning experiences—both in-person and virtual—through the development of participant guides, training documentation, and facilitation of live sessions. The ideal candidate brings a passion for adult learning, strong writing skills, and the ability to energize and engage learners across formats.

Success in this role requires excellent communication and facilitation skills, the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, and a collaborative mindset. The Learning and Development Analyst will play a key role in supporting a growing, global professional services firm of 350+ employees.

Work will be conducted in a remote or hybrid environment. This position is Contract to Hire and offers an hourly range of $38.00-$43.00. The Learning and Development Analyst role is part of WittKieffer's Corporate IT team and reports to the Learning and Development Specialist.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Instructional Design and Content Development:

  • Develop and write detailed participant guides, training manuals, and other educational materials that align with adult learning principles.

  • Design and deliver impactful training programs tailored for both in-person and virtual audiences.

  • Assess training needs and develop customized learning solutions.

  • Conduct quality checks on content to ensure accuracy, functionality, and alignment with learning objectives.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

Facilitation and Delivery:

  • Facilitate live training sessions, ensuring a high level of participant engagement and learning.

  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to identify and implement multimedia tools and technologies that best support defined learning objectives.

  • Measure the impact of training programs and refine content and delivery methods based on feedback and performance data.

Collaboration and Engagement:

  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development team, subject matter experts, and key stakeholders to ensure learning objectives and requirements are accurate, relevant, and aligned with business goals.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

  • 2-5 years of learning and development experience, including content creation, and multi-modal learning creation for both in person and virtual.

  • Experience using various training delivery methods including Zoom, Teams, etc.

  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories, skills, and tools.

  • Experience using an LMS (Workday Learning experience preferred).

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of Salesforce experience, working with standard and custom objects, including reports.

  • Certification in Learning and Development or related field.

  • Experience assisting in organizational change management during digital transformation initiatives.

  • Experience creating eLearning content, including text, graphics, audio, and video elements.

Critical Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including facilitation and presentation.

  • Excellent collaboration skills with team members.

  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize work with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.

  • Creative and open to applying new learning approaches, technologies, and tools.
