TrendAI™, the global AI security leader and enterprise business unit of Trend Micro, empowers organizations with full AI visibility and consolidated security that inspires confidence, drives innovation, and eliminates risk.

At TrendAI™, we’re always seeking exceptional talent; people who want to collaborate with the best and push boundaries together. Here, your work goes beyond building a career. You will help protect what matters and play a vital role in shaping a safer, more trustworthy AI-powered future.

AI Fearlessly.

Position Summary:

TrendAI is moving fast, and our leaders and teams need to change how they work just as fast. Good intent is not enough: culture, leadership and execution habits only change when learning is designed for behavior change, not for a good feeling on the day. There is limited L&D support at TrendAI today, so this role brings that expertise into HR for the first time. Impact means growth: every program should help leaders and teams execute faster and drive high ARR growth, so you will prioritize ruthlessly for business impact.

You'll partner with our HR Global Partners to design and deliver workshops and programs that roll out culture, help leadership teams turn ideas into execution plans, and turn intent into behaviors that stick. You'll bring an outside-in view of what works, propose before you are asked, and challenge requests when there is a better answer. You'll also bring the same discipline to HR's own change: how we launch programs and systems, how employees find answers, and how our HR team builds its skills.

What You'll Do:

You'll build a modular library of ready-to-run workshops on culture, leading through change, manager essentials, feedback and team effectiveness, each packaged with a facilitator guide, materials and a reinforcement plan so HR Global Partners can deliver it to standard in every region. Every program you design starts from the behavior and business outcome it should move, uses the right format for the job, and builds in practice, manager follow-up and AI coaching so learning survives the first week back.

You'll also raise the capability of HR itself through train-the-trainer, coaching and a skills curriculum covering facilitation, consulting, change, Workday, data and AI fluency, and advise other functions on build, buy or curate decisions when the work sits outside HR. For HR's own launches, you'll create a standard launch kit, design the HR knowledge base and the content behind our AI assistant, and build a network of change champions across regions.

  • Partner with HR Global Partners and business leaders to diagnose the real need before designing anything, and say so when training is not the answer.
  • Design and personally facilitate workshops, leadership team offsites and bootcamps for leaders, managers and teams across functions.
  • Build and run leadership and manager development programs, such as new manager journeys and leading through change.
  • Translate culture and values into observable behaviors, team rituals and manager routines.
  • Use AI and digital tools to design faster and personalize learning, with a clear view of where human contact matters most.
  • Measure impact and stickiness, and report what works, what to change and what to stop.
  • Prioritize for impact: put your time where it accelerates execution and ARR growth, and redirect, scale through others or say no to the rest.
  • Lead change management for HR programs and systems, and partner with HR technology on Workday, knowledge and case management tools.
  • Step in as a specialized HR generalist on complex questions during launches, and turn recurring themes into content, training or a process fix.

What You Should Have:

  • 7+ years in learning design, leadership development or organizational development, with substantial experience both designing and delivering.
  • A portfolio of programs you designed and delivered, with evidence of behavior or business impact, ideally in a high-growth, revenue-driven business. We will ask to see it.
  • Strong grounding in adult learning and behavior change science, and the judgment to apply it pragmatically.
  • Expert facilitation with senior leadership teams, including the confidence to challenge in the room.
  • Proven change management experience, from planning through adoption, ideally including HR programs or systems.
  • A consultative style: you diagnose, propose and push back rather than take orders.
  • Experience building learning from scratch as the first or only specialist, prioritizing a broad demand for impact with limited resources.
  • Hands-on with modern learning and AI tools (authoring, learning platforms, AI role-play and coaching). Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

What Makes You Stand Out:

  • Experience in a global, multi-region technology company, ideally through rapid growth or restructuring.
  • Experience building train-the-trainer programs that scale delivery through others.
  • Experience building HR knowledge or service content (for example Workday Help, ServiceNow HR Service Delivery or Confluence), and a solid HR generalist grounding.
  • Recognized credentials in learning design, facilitation, coaching or change (for example ATD, IAF, ICF or Prosci), and a second language.
