About this roll*:

Toast’s Talent Development team is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Learning Coordinator to support our growing learning and development initiatives. The Learning Coordinator will play a crucial role in coordinating our RISE learning cohorts, coordinating executive coaching sessions for VPs and Directors, and supporting large-scale learning and career development events through coordination and logistical support. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for learning and development, strong organizational skills, and event planning and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage logistics and scheduling for RISE learning cohorts.
  • Draft and coordinate communication with participants, facilitators, and stakeholders.
  • Track attendance, evaluations, and program progress.
  • Schedule and coordinate coaching sessions for VPs and Directors.
  • Ensure seamless communication and logistics for coaching engagements.
  • Support the planning and execution of large-scale learning and career development events.
  • Assist with event planning, logistics, and participant communication.
  • Help prepare materials, presentations, and resources for events.
  • Provide on-site support during events

Do you have the right ingredients*:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within Human Resources or Talent Development.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Special Sauce:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Event planning or coordination experience.
  • Passion for learning and development.

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions, if eligible), benefits, and equity (if eligible).

Pay Range
$67,000$107,000 USD
