Job Description

Join Our Team as a Learning Consultant at Lowell!

Location: Thorpe Park, Leeds. Hybrid working.

Are you passionate about learning and development? Do you have experience delivering learning solutions? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

As a Learning Consultant, you'll play a key role in creating engaging learning experiences for both new and existing colleagues, helping to shape and develop the Lowell culture. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to deliver training both face-to-face and virtually.

What You'll Do:

  • Create and deliver engaging training material that empowers our team to excel.
  • Develop innovative learning programs tailored to the needs of our employees.
  • Curate content on our online platform that is meaningful, engaging, and meets requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date and ensure all development initiatives and materials align with Group standards and reflect regional needs.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in learning and development, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.
