Own the architecture, governance, and evolution of Lowell’s Oracle EPM landscape, including FCCS, Planning, ARCS, and Narrative Reporting. Translate finance requirements into scalable solutions supporting statutory reporting, management information, period-end close, audits, and financial controls. Partner with Finance, Technology, and third-party providers while leading finance systems teams, guiding complex change programs, influencing stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement.

Owner of key accounting and financial control activities including month-end and year-end reporting, balance sheet reconciliations and financial integrity. Provide insight, support and challenge to stakeholders, coach junior colleagues, and identify process improvements to automate and modernise finance functions.
