Learning Consultant (x|f|m) - Onsite

We are currently seeking a Learning Consultant (x|f|m) for our Training business based at our headquarters in Goettingen, Germany (Sartorius Stedim Biotech). In this position, you will advise project and program managers, teams and SME (Subject Matter Expert) to create, develop and maintain engaging learning content and programs for Sartorius internals (Sales) and customers. The team is looking forward to shaping the future with you. This position is available for full-time.

Grow with us – Your Responsibilities

• Works with project / program managers and teams to evaluate requests in a best effort to align with business goals, create and curate contents

• Guide SME to identify relevant content based on audience’s needs, conceptualize ideas and create engaging content for learning

• Services learning initiatives and curates them during the whole life cycle by empowering project teams to provide engaging learning experiences within their projects, e. g. by initiating and facilitating communities within projects, facilitating team workshops

• Evaluate efficiency and efficacy of learning initiatives and present to decision makers, e. g. parameters of engagement, application of knowledge

• Initiates networks inside the organization and communicate within these to ensure that the best is being practiced

• Scouting for new learning trends and initiates their implementation across the organization accordingly to the needs of various target groups

What will convince us

• Master’s degree in a relevant field, plus several years proven experience in instructional design or management of blended and various digital learning solutions within international organizations, preferrable in Sales

• Expertise with web-based or other self-reliant training formats, expertise with collaboration or other social tools

• Thorough and meticulous, creative thinker, a team player within project-based groups and a storyteller who can simplify and visualize complex information to engaging learning

• Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with SME to design and develop content

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize activities and deliverables and deliver on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality

• Open and competent approach to AI, passionate about new technologies, software and tools for learning & education while working in cross cultural and dynamic markets
