Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and help manage the Learning & Talent team inbox, ensuring inquiries are routed and responded to promptly.
- Provide technical and administrative support for virtual learning sessions, including attendance, polls, breakout rooms, and participant support.
- Prepare participant materials, communications, learning resources, training supplies, and other program materials.
- Support in-person event logistics, including room setup, registration, catering coordination, materials, and the overall participant experience.
- Provide general administrative and operational support, including scheduling, maintaining trackers, organizing files and resources, data entry, and other day-to-day team needs.
- Support Talent Management initiatives, including the High Potential Program, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development projects as opportunities arise.
- Participate in team and project meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes and participant experiences.
- Identify opportunities to streamline administrative work and improve team efficiency.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects and ensure they are completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business, Organizational Leadership, Communications, Education, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable learning new technology and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently, take direction, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Demonstrates professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications
- Coursework, previous internship experience, or demonstrated interest in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or Talent Management
- Experience with Workday, SuccessFactors, Canva, or similar HR and content-development tools is a plus.
