This role reports to the Manager of Leadership Development and conducts training/development needs analysis and assessment and development and implements specific training and development programs and initiatives to meet assessed needs.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the execution of small-scale training program
- Lead the end-to-end project management of learning programs within the team
- Lead or assist in conceptualization, preparation and implementation of program development activities
- Work and develop relationships with trainers, experts, learning champions and other stakeholders to proactively drive execution
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the learning program and identify opportunities and/or provide solutions for improvement
- Perform vendor management for courses necessary in the development of the program
- Support the learning business partner in managing stakeholders on function’s learning and development priorities
- Facilitate professional and leadership development offerings/courses
Required Qualifications:
- University graduate of any business-related course
- Must have at least 4-5 years’ experience in Learning and Development/OD/Talent and or related fields combined
- 1-2 years relevant work experience in managing and executing programs
- Experience in process improvement and project management is a plus
- Experience in eLearning instructional design is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong Program Design, Delivery and Evaluation
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Agile project management skills
- Ability to proactively respond to situations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel (i.e. mastery of excel formulas and pivot tables is a must). Proficient in MS Office suite including Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Project.
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and adapt to change while managing time and workload with aggressive timelines.
