Medsien is a venture-backed healthcare SaaS company experiencing rapid growth and looking to expand our team. We are seeking an organized, motivated, and passionate Learning and Development Specialist to join our team of talented and inspiring colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will support the design, development, and maintenance of training programs across the company, including onboarding, product/software training, and company-wide learning initiatives. The role will work closely with L&D, Product, Operations, and HR.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain onboarding and role-specific training programs.
- Develop e-learning courses, scripts, videos, quizzes, and activities.
- Create and maintain software/product training and update training as products change.
- Research and synthesize information from documentation into clear learning materials.
- Support LMS administration.
- Manage multiple training projects and deadlines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments.
- Support broader L&D initiatives as needed.
Qualifications / Desired Skills
