Full-cycle B2B SaaS sales role selling remote care management to physician practices: outbound prospecting, demos, qualification, negotiation, closing, and hand-off to operations while managing pipeline in Salesforce.

Manage end-to-end recruitment: engage stakeholders, source and screen candidates, run HR interviews, coordinate technical and hiring manager interviews, maintain ATS documentation, improve hiring metrics and candidate experience using analytics and feedback.

Manage content creation, campaign planning, budget and ROI, analytics, and cross-functional alignment with sales and product for go-to-market efforts. Support strategic projects and ongoing operations, manage enablement programs, and partner cross-functionally (sales, product, engineering). Bring structure to processes, improve workflows, coordinate priorities, and handle administrative operations. Work Eastern US hours (16:00–00:00 Turkey time) remotely from Istanbul.

Support and lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution: develop project plans, coordinate teams, manage timelines, drive accountability, identify risks, build processes and documentation, and ensure successful delivery in a fast-paced healthcare SaaS environment.

Design and validate intuitive web and mobile interfaces through user research, data analysis, wireframes, prototypes, and user testing. Collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders, iterate based on analytics and feedback, and support design decisions across the product lifecycle.

As a Back-End Developer, you will implement new software, engage in code reviews, troubleshoot defects, and build an agile culture.
