Overview
The Channel Partnerships Enablement (CPE) team is seeking a Partnerships Enablement Specialist to design and scale learning, enablement, and capability-building programs across the channel partnerships ecosystem.
This role will help shape how partners and internal stakeholders engage with Mastercard platforms, tools, programs, and processes by creating impactful learning experiences, certification programs, and enablement journeys that drive adoption and business outcomes.
The ideal candidate combines learning strategy, content development, stakeholder engagement, and operational execution to deliver innovative and scalable enablement solutions.
Role
In this role, you will:• Develop and execute enablement strategies that support partner growth, adoption, and engagement.• Design and manage learning journeys, certification programs, and role-based training experiences across the partnerships ecosystem.• Create and deliver enablement content supporting the Partner Advantage Portal, Salesforce, Ironclad, and other business platforms.• Manage and optimize learning management system (LMS) content, reporting, and learner experiences.• Identify opportunities to improve engagement through innovative learning approaches, including gamification and digital learning experiences.• Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Technology teams to translate business processes into scalable enablement assets.• Develop documentation, guides, onboarding materials, and knowledge resources that improve stakeholder effectiveness.• Measure enablement effectiveness through KPIs, adoption metrics, learner feedback, and certification completion rates.• Support change management initiatives associated with new platform capabilities, processes, and partner programs.• Drive continuous improvement of Mastercard's partner enablement model through innovation and stakeholder feedback.
All About You• Experience in enablement, learning and development, sales enablement, partner enablement, training, or customer education.• Strong instructional design and content development capabilities.• Ability to translate complex concepts into engaging learning experiences.• Experience developing training curricula, certification programs, onboarding experiences, or learning journeys.• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.• Experience with LMS platforms, digital learning solutions and gamification.• Analytical mindset with the ability to measure learning outcomes and adoption metrics.• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.• Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and learner engagement.• Experience in payments, fintech, SaaS, partner ecosystems, or technology industries is a plus.
