Job Title: Learning & Development Manager

Location: Essen - in-office 5-days per week

Contract type: Full Time - 08:30am - 5pm

The role of the Learning and Development Manager will support in both the creation and delivery of learning fitting the needs of the Radius business across multiple sites. Learning will align to the Learning strategy and framework. 

The key focus will be very much on developing our people efficiently and effectively through the agreed learning interventions either at Group or local level.  

The role would be ideal for current Supervisor or Manager, who aspires to develop into a senior leadership role within People, Learning and Development and Leadership.

Role Responsibilities

  • Sales enablement facilitation sessions, taking responsibility for delivery
  • Working alongside all Country L&D Managers to improve our training programs across the selected territory focusing on induction and upskill for Agents and Leadership
  • Improve the impact and utilisation of the Group Learning Hub including engagement metric 
  • Create, supported by the Group Director L&D, local framework for Agent, Graduate and Leadership development  
  • Review new-starter onboarding and engage with local leadership to reduce labour turnover in 6-12 months cohort of employees. 
  • Contribute to the design delivery and evolution of training programs for new starter induction and ongoing agent development – leveraging on the Group learning content. 
  • Work with the business to ensure post workshop learning materials are implemented to support embedding of the learning solutions 
  • Where required, support with generic development of tools such as scripts and visual aids to improve customer experience and sales result 
  • Create a compelling learning environment to support the best learning experience for our people 
  • Working closely with all internal stakeholders to develop the deployment of AI solutions into our Learning journey   
  • Travelling to other Radius Offices to support the country in these areas as required

Qualifikationen

Essential role requirements

  • Strong relationship management skills to develop engagement with key Country stakeholders
  • A strong working knowledge of Radius product range, tech, and Salesforce 
  • Facilitation skills including aligning to learning styles 
  • Highly presentable with strong organisational and motivational skills 
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to operate at all levels internally and externally 
  • A proven track record in terms of developing Sales Agents 
  • A ‘can do’ positive attitude and ability to work off own initiative 

Required experience: 

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales or Account Management or Sales Training Role 
  • Strong proficiency in English 
  • Training qualifications a distinct advantage 
  • Full Clean Driving License
