About The Job
  • Design and develop training programs and materials in collaboration with subject matter experts such as modules, job aids, worksheets and menu tools and knowledge checks 
  • Manage the ordering, inventory, production and coordination of learning related materials, tools and programs 
  • Support administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), including data entry, course registration, governance and reporting and maintain content inventory 
  • Collect feedback reports and training completion records, gather insights to inform L&D programs and manage an archival process for future reference 
  • Organize and coordinate training venues, lunches, and travel arrangements as required 
  • Support with the facilitation of learning events such as workshops, training and meetings, as required 
  • Maintain and communicate the quarterly training calendar to all relevant stakeholders 
  • Participate in HR projects, if and when required 
  • Perform other duties as assigned 
  • Work collaboratively and foster positive working relationships with stakeholders 
About You
  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources 
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a learning, training, or organizational development related role 
  • Excellent IT literacy skills working with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint 
  • Hands-on experience leveraging a Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Axonify, to manage, deliver, track, govern and optimize learning programs 
  • Strong customer service skills to handle inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner 
  • Resourceful self-starter, with excellent judgment 
  • Able to work well under pressure and handle multiple conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions 
  • Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times 
  • Innovative approach to service delivery 
  • Strong relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal 
  • Strong work ethic with ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment

Skills Required

  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources
  • 1-2 years of experience in learning, training, or organizational development
