Responsibilities:
- Manage the annual training plan (including individual needs), integrating Group-level strategic directions, local business strategy and ensuring successful execution at the local level.
- Lead the execution of core talent processes (including talent reviews, performance management, succession planning).
- Coordinate the planning, execution, and follow-up of engagement survey to ensure accurate measurement of employee sentiment and actionable insights.
- Embrace and adapt various training formats from Group Lyreco. Deliver training independently when necessary.
- Collaborate as Business Partner with stakeholders, including organizational leaders, suppliers and L&D Global team.
- Monitor budgets and manage contract negotiations effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in learning and development, as well talent development.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for employee learning and expertise in learning technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and employee engagement skills.
