The Project Specialist III, Learning Administration is a SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) subject matter expert, heavily experienced and knowledgeable in managing and providing consult on the functionality of the SuccessFactors learning platform and designing high-level learning solutions with self-confidence and minimal supervision.
Examples include publishing learning items, creating scheduled offerings, user groups and assignment profiles, troubleshooting Tier 2 and Tier 3 LMS issues - assessing if they are platform-based or content/item-based, performs standard UAT and release testing, as well as, understanding LMS integrations, implementations and reporting.
Responsibilities:

  • Provide Learning Management System (LMS) support for multiple domains and brands;
  • Consult with brand learning specialists to load, test, maintain content and assignment profiles, and deploy learning in the LMS;
  • Report results of learning programs and processes
  • Manage LMS group email account, SharePoint site folders and ServiceNow ticketing to resolve SuccessFactors learning issues; coordinate and support the efforts of LMS Administrator to meet SLAs for issue resolution
  • Assess course inventory of LMS, and coordinate with content owners and vendors;
  • Maintain systems for delivery of project intake forms;
  • Complete LMS changes and content updates, as requested
  • Represent the LMS in support of brand and department projects
  • Manage ticket escalations from Admin team
  • Ongoing support, mentorship, and training of Spec II and Admins
  • Proactively participates in team meetings sharing learning, observations, and recommendations for continuous improvement


Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM certification preferred
  • SAP SuccessFactors LMS certification preferred
  • 5+ years of LMS experience (HR, Payroll or IT experience may be substituted for part of this experience)
  • Recent system administration experience of an LMS system required, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
  • 1+ recent LMS implementations and/or integrations for SAP SuccessFactors strongly preferred.
  • Project and product management experience strongly preferred.
