About the program
Are you a motivated and ambitious individual looking to kickstart your career in a professional business environment? Our Business Administration Level 5 Learnership Programme offers an opportunity to gain valuable workplace experience, develop essential administrative skills, and obtain a nationally recognised qualification.
The programme follows the 70:20:10 Learning and Development Model, which includes 70% hands-on learning through practical workplace experience, 20% learning from others through coaching, mentorship, and feedback, and 10% formal learning through structured classroom and theoretical training.
As a learner, you will provide administrative support across various business functions while developing skills in business operations, communication, customer service, record management, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support & Coordination: Provide general administrative support to departments and teams.
Business Operations Support: Support daily business processes, ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Communication & Reporting: Draft and maintain professional communication, including emails, letters, reports, presentations, and other business documentation.
Compliance & Record Management: Maintain accurate records, ensure confidentiality of company information, and comply with company policies, procedures, and administrative standards.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric certificate is required. Applicants must be South African citizens with a passion for building a career in business administration. Previous work experience will be advantageous but is not required. Candidates must have basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Candidates should demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills, strong organisational ability, attention to detail, basic Microsoft Office proficiency, problem-solving skills, professionalism, reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn and grow.
