Ready to take a LEAP? Pernod Ricard is looking for a Global Business Process Manager - Operations Controlling who will be tasked with designing, specifying, and overseeing the implementation of operational control processes within Pernod Ricard's future ERP system. This pivotal role focuses on establishing a comprehensive framework for monitoring, managing, and optimizing operational performance across the company's global manufacturing and supply chain activities. The objective is to ensure operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance through enhanced ERP functionalities.
You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.
Your key missions:

Operational Control Process Design: Contribute to the development of processes within the ERP to monitor and control manufacturing and supply chain operations, focusing on production efficiency, quality control, cost management, and compliance.

Support in ERP Process Development: Work on the integration and implementation of operational control processes in the ERP system, collaborating with Tech and ERP experts to ensure accurate functionality and comprehensive coverage.

Standardization and Harmonization of Controls: Work towards standardizing operational control processes across all locations and departments, ensuring consistent application and adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with production, supply chain, finance, and quality departments to align operational control processes with broader business objectives and operational needs.

- Master's degree in engineering or business school
- Required 5/7 years of experience.
- Experience in consumer goods industry.
- Extensive experience in Finance Operations Controlling.
- SAP Savvy is a nice to have.
- English is mandatory. French and Spanish appreciated but not mandatory.
