Ready to take a LEAP? Pernod Ricard is looking for a Consolidation Specialist who is tasked with designing the consolidation process framework within Pernod Ricard's new ERP system as part of the Leap transformation program. This role focuses on creating efficient, accurate, and regulatory-compliant consolidation processes that will support the organization's financial reporting and performance analysis.

You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris. 

You Key Missions

  • Consolidation Process Design: You will develop a streamlined and standardized process for financial consolidation that aligns with ERP capabilities and meets the organization's needs.
  • Regulatory Compliance: You will ensure that the consolidation processes adhere to international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and other relevant regulations.
  • ERP Integration: You will coordinate with the ERP implementation team to integrate the consolidation processes, ensuring accurate data flow and reporting capabilities.
  • Training and Support: You will create training materials and sessions for the finance team on the new consolidation processes. Provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption.
  • Continuous Improvement: You will monitor the effectiveness of the consolidation processes post-ERP implementation, identifying and implementing improvements as needed.
  • Training and Adoption: You will further on in design and build phase, work with change & readiness teams, to develop training for users on new processes, supporting effective change management.

Geographical scope:

  • Location: Paris (relocation possible)
  • Business travels to be expected: limited but more frequent during pilot phase

  • You have 5+ years’ experience in finance and consolidation
  • You have finance operation processes knowledge and expertise
  • You have SAP knowledge
  • You are fluent in English, French and Spanish are appreciated but not mandatory
