RIORITY Quality Consultants is seeking an experienced Lean Six Sigma Consultant (Freelance) to support business transformation and operational excellence projects for leading organizations across various industries.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced consultant to collaborate on high-impact initiatives focused on process optimization, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and evaluate existing business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Map current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) processes using industry-standard methodologies.
  • Apply Lean Management and Six Sigma principles to eliminate inefficiencies, reduce waste, and improve process performance.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives from assessment through implementation.
  • Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive continuous improvement.
  • Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs to measure project success and operational performance.
  • Prepare recommendations, business cases, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Support change management activities and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Develop process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and governance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Lean Management, Operational Excellence, Business Process Improvement, or Continuous Improvement projects.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience delivering process optimization or transformation initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of process mapping methodologies (BPMN, Visio or similar tools).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
