- GEHC-Jの日野工場全体の改善のドライブ及び生産性向上活動の推進
- リーン手法及び改善に関する教育の推進
- グローバルのLean Teamと連携して、リーン/改善に関するGEHCのInitiativesのGEHC-J及び日野工場への展開
- リーン及び改善の後継者育成
- リーンアカデミー、ハートビートアカデミーの推進及びドライブ
- 日野工場見学の促進及び工場見学内容及びプロセス改善のドライブ
- 他社の工場見学、他社との学びの交流の企画及び提供
必須要件
- Lean手法の深い理解と実践経験
- 改善活動の推進経験(自ら改善をドライブし、成果を出した実績)
- サプライチェーンに関する知識・経験(製造現場との連携含む)
- 高いコミュニケーション能力(現場・経営層・グローバルとの調整力)
- 人材育成・教育の経験(リーン教育やOJTトレーナー経験)
- 語学力: 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語ビジネスレベル(海外拠点との会議・メール対応必須)
