- Segment of the customer database: Analyze customer data to create targeted segments based on behavior, purchase history, and demographics to deliver personalized and relevant messaging.
- Understand the customer lifecycle: Map out the customer journey to identify key moments for engagement and create campaigns that support and guide customers from onboarding through retention and loyalty.
Campaign execution
- Manage multi-channel campaigns: Implement integrated marketing programs across various communication channels, including WhatsApp and in-app notifications.
- Drive retention and growth initiatives: Execute campaigns for product adoption, cross-selling, and upselling to increase customer value over time
- Coordinate with internal teams: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and creative departments to ensure messaging and strategy are aligned across all touchpoints.
Analysis and optimization
- Analyze campaign performance: Interpret data and provide business insights to senior management and stakeholders regarding campaign success. Use data and feedback from past campaigns to improve future initiatives and identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct A/B testing: Create and execute tests to optimize campaigns for the best results and refine the marketing mix.
Technical and administrative
- Stay current with technology: Keep up to date with the latest marketing tools, technologies, and industry best practices to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance: Adhere to data security and privacy regulations, within the CRM system and during campaign execution.
